Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging if applicable. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at discount.roofing@hotmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you further instructions on how to proceed. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving your products and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you have receive the wrong item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on items that have been used or damaged on installation, or change of mind (ordered wrong lengths, colours, profiles, or change in design). If you receive a product and install it the return will not be processed. Returns will not be accepted for damage caused by inadequate or inappropriately stored products. If you receive any products and don't use them in the installation we will not accept a return on them as this voids the engineering warranty. Everything included is done so to pass engineering requirements.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, factory 2nds, or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if a refund was approved/declined. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
