Shipping policy

We at A&D Discount Roofing Supplies hold the right to decline shipping to any place we deem not to be in our delivery scope. We are located in South-East Queensland and therefor are limited to the region we operate in. Should the need for delivery to an area outside our scope arise, we will ask that either the customer organise freight/shipping for their products through a 3rd party or we will organise a factory direct shipping to select areas.

Factory direct shipping or 3rd party freight may also be advised if the material load exceeds that of which we can legally and safely transport.

In the event that the customer requires 3rd party freight, we will have the patio kit stored in our yard for the organised day of pick up. The products will be stored here free of charge for up to 7 business days after which there will be a stowage fee for each subsequent day. This also holds true for all orders customers opt to pick up themselves upon payment and checkout of our store.
